Your tasks
Responsible for attending and following up on customer orders and ensuring their correct invoicing, maintaining a constant monitoring of finished product stock in order to meet delivery on time, as well as maintaining optimal levels of raw material to meet production requirements.
- Review daily in the system (SAP, WEB) the orders to analyze which products can be assembled and/or modified and be able to meet the delivery time.
- Prepare shipment in SAP system, verify ASN transmission and invoicing.
- Create dispute process with customer when needed.
- Review orders in system weekly and delete past requirements.
Negotiate delivery dates with Customers.

- English - read, speak and writing.
- SAP - SD module knowledge and MRP
- Problem solving techniques
- Microsoft excel, PP
- Negotiation skills
