Your tasks
responsible for attending and following up on customer orders and ensuring their correct invoicing, maintaining a constant monitoring of finished product stock in order to meet delivery on time, as well as maintaining optimal levels of raw material to meet production requirements.
- review daily in the system (sap, web) the orders to analyze which products can be assembled and/or modified and be able to meet the delivery time.
- prepare shipment in sap system, verify asn transmission and invoicing.
- create dispute process with customer when needed.
- review orders in system weekly and delete past requirements.
negotiate delivery dates with customers.
