Credit & collections manager we are looking for asenior leaderto overseecredit management, collections and disputesfornorth america (u.s. and canada), driving process standardization, continuous improvement, and the use ofautomation and aiacross theend-to-end order to cash (o2c) process.role objective lead the credit & collections strategy for the u.s. and canada, ensuring strong internal controls, sox compliance, and audit readiness, while improvingcash flow, working capital and customer experience.required profile ~ bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field (mba/certification a plus) ~10+ years of experience in credit & collections ~10+ years leading regional teams ~ experience supportingu.s. and canadian operations ~ strong knowledge ofend-to-end o2cprocesses ~ solid exposure tointernal controls, sox and audits ~ experience with process improvement and transformation initiatives ~ erp experience (oracle or equivalent preferred) ~ advanced/fluent englishkey responsibilities own credit & collections operations for north america implement standardized credit & collections processes drive automation and productivity initiatives partner with sales, finance, legal and it teams monitor performance through kpis and compliance metrics act as primary point of contact for audits lead, develop and coach the credit & collections team.
