this role supports the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal preparation, ensuring a strong pipeline aligned with the company's strategy.key responsibilitiesresearch and identify potential customers in target industries (e.g., automotive, home appliances, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, etc.).
qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.support the preparation of customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cost models and tailored solutions.maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in the crm system.monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.support marketing activities such as trade shows, client visits, and promotional campaigns.follow up on new business opportunities and coordinate client meetings to convert leads into active customers.requirementsbachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, international trade, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within logistics or supply chain, or experience in engineering, warehouse operations, or customer service within the logistics industry.strong communication and negotiation skills (english preferred).
