Job description
you will report directly to our director of advanced manufacturing engineering and you'll work out of our mexicali, location.
in this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (npi) for the engines & power systems (e&ps) sub business unit.

qualifications
you must have
* bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
* 2+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
* strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
* proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
