Responsibilities
- conduct interviews with customers to gather and document their requirements
- create visual designs for new features to enhance user experience
- collaborate closely with the development team to support the implementation of solutions
- provide necessary support to other teams within google as required
*requirements*:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- proficiency in figma
- background in conducting customer interviews and requirements gathering
- competency in ux design processes and methodologies
- flexibility to work with multidisciplinary teams
- strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey ideas
- proficiency in english c1 or higher
