Customer service representative job description
we are hiring a customer service representative to assist/manage customer requests and complaints. You will also be asked to assist with order/account information, modifications to accounts, and escalate complaints across communication channels. To exceed in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers.
