This role involves translating these needs into innovative solution designs that address broader opportunities within the vertical. Additionally, the solution architect acts as a technical expert in products, solutions, and services specific to the vertical, supporting both the sales team and the deployment of solutions.
in addition to direct client activities, this role acts as a crucial liaison between the client and the commercial area, as well as with various groups within the company, including engineering, technical support, offering management, plant, quality, among others. The main objective is to resolve technical concerns that may arise and manage activities related to certifications, demonstrations, product modifications, technical support, and quality situations.
