Delivery lead manager / supply chain

experience required in:
* identifying and assessing complex problems within the area of responsibility.
* interacting with senior management at a client, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternative approach.
* managing large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts at a client site.
* working in rotational shifts.
* ensuring delivery of an optimal end-to-end supply plan for the assigned drbu / category, considering cash, cost, and service levers.
* requesting, running, and approving scenarios for the drbu / category within defined levels.
* reviewing dashboards to highlight exceptions and driving/seeking approval for actions to mitigate issues.
* creating and approving inventory stockholding or other relevant policies within defined levels.
* creating and approving new segmentation strategies within defined levels.
* creating and approving parameter automation policies based on segmentation strategies within defined levels.
* defining relevant planning horizons: frozen, scheduling, and planning.
* making day-to-day planning decisions for the assigned drbu / category.
* driving continuous improvement and change management to deliver sustainable change and achieve the operations vision.
* ensuring all planning-related master data is complete and accurate across all systems.
* owning activities related to distribution & inventory or master planning, depending on the size and complexity of the area/category.
qualifications:
* master's in supply chain, mba, or analytics.
* 7-10 years of experience in planning, logistics, npi, fmcg, or consumer electronics supply chain.
* leading diverse teams of 50-100 members.
* experience with erp systems and supply chain planning tools such as sap, oracle, kinaxis.
* strong knowledge of iws, ci tools, and agile concepts.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* holistic supply chain knowledge including processes, metrics, and certified lean six sigma black belt.
* proficiency in fmez, fishbone, sipoc, kaizen, lean methodology.
* demonstrates strong leadership capabilities.
working hours: rotational shifts, based on 7.30-hour days: mon – fri; 8 am est - 10 pm est, saturday/sunday: 10 am est – 8 pm est.
work location: 100% on-site at monterrey client office.
