basic qualifications- 10+ years of engineering orrelevant experience- 5+ years of people management experience,specifically building and leading high-performance engineeringteams- experience collaborating with and influencing technicalleaders- experience in creating communication strategies thatengage and impact internal and external stakeholders preferredqualifications- experience leading a support engineeringorganization- experience in budget and financial management-ability to create structure out of ambiguity and bring technicalvisions to life- an understanding and familiarity with awstechnologies at scale in a production environmentour inclusiveculture empowers amazonians to deliver the best results for ourcustomers.
