Job description:
the role of senior human resources analyst involves managing the end-to-end change control board (ccb) process for people solutions technologies.
key responsibilities include leading and organizing weekly ccb meetings, ensuring changes are fit-for-purpose and aligned with global hr tech strategy, compliant with enterprise architecture roadmap, and evaluated for cross-functional and automation impacts.
additionally, the position requires driving automation efforts to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks, maintaining and managing servicenow user groups and tickets to ensure proper access, permissions, and sla support.
collaboration with technology leads, system architects, and others is essential to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and compliant with governance standards.

required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 5-8 years of it experience.
* strong documentation and project management experience.
* proficiency in microsoft o365 tools (sharepoint, teams, powerapps, azure devops).
* experience working with data flow diagrams.
* familiarity with technology project lifecycle, deployments, and change management.
* experience with servicenow or sap successfactors (preferred but not required).
soft skills:
* strategic thinking and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple timelines and priorities.
* self-motivated, creative, and proactive with leadership experience.
* solid understanding of hr and it technologies.
