Implementation & Support
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
Configuration & Customization
- Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules
- Execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, and testing plans
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead and manage SAP AMS teams across business units
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support
- Guide and mentor other FICO consultants
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Provide support and design direction for month-end and year-end closing
- Strong financial accounting experience across FICO modules
- Ensure high-quality standards in configuration and developments
- Analyze financial business processes and propose improvements
