the opportunity

your impact

as senior brand manager for flamin’ hot & platforms, you will be a key architect of growth, responsible for accelerating category performance and unlocking underdeveloped brand opportunities. You will be responsible to create winning strategies that inspires stakeholders and drives sustained, profitable volume growth while building lasting brand equity. This role demands excellence in developing and executing marketing plans, managing advertising and marketing investments to deliver against volume, profit, and budget objectives. Beyond brand stewardship, you will actively coach and develop a high-performing, diverse team, preparing them for future marketing leadership roles and fostering an inclusive culture. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term vision of the brands and influencing key decisions in the business.

* build and strengthen brand equity through consumer‑centric strategies and impactful communication.
* develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional plans to drive growth and engagement.
* lead digital‑first strategies leveraging data, social media, and emerging platforms.
* drive innovation across products, packaging, and platforms to accelerate category growth.
* manage advertising and marketing budgets to deliver business results.
* oversee and manage advertising agency partnerships, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with brand strategy.
* coach and develop a diverse team, fostering future leadership and an inclusive culture.
* use insights and analytics to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.


qualifications

who are we looking for?

* bachelor’s degree, marketing or business preferred
* 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing
* proven expertise in brand building, digital strategy, and innovation pipeline development
* strong skills in integrated marketing, promotional planning, and media strategy
* financial acumen for budget management and p&l responsibility
* experience managing advertising agencies and cross‑functional teams
* leadership ability to develop and coach talent and foster diversity
* data‑driven decision‑making and proficiency in analytics tools
* digital marketing proficiency, including social media, emerging platforms, and performance marketing
