Injection mechanic - mx
injection mechanic ensures that the production machinery and equipment are operating optimally at all times.
*essential functions*
- prevent, repair and fix plant machinery and equipment failures.
- be knowledgeable and involved with the utility, injection, blow molding, filling, labeling and palletizing areas.
- develop operational and equipment failure analysis skills.
- generate root cause analysis to identify potential and recurring problems in machinery and equipment.
- innovate equipment maintenance processes.
- maintain and care for the product quality process.
- communicate any problems, deviations and/or abnormalities with equipment.
- implement high safety standards and good manufacturing practices within the plant.
- ensure that food safety practices and any applicable sqf system requirements are maintained.

*qualifications*
- minimum qualifications:

- robust knowledge of mold changes and adjustments.

- knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics.
- handling of forklifts and overhead cranes.
