responsible for supervising and ensuring proper management of scrap generated in electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring control, traceability, safe disposal, and compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations, while promoting waste reduction and value recovery. You will lead the development of ongoing scrap reduction projects and track metrics. Develop ideas to achieve process optimization, increase capacity, and cost inventory reduction through continuous improvement and innovative strategies for deployment, applying harman production system philosophy.
manage scrap inventory (electronic and other material) from its generation to its final disposal.
provide support with internal and external audits (quality, environmental, and client).
collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and finance to reduce waste and improve processes.
