* develop and execute comprehensive graphic strategies for apparel, encompassing prints, logos, labels, hang tags, and branding assets.
* conceive seasonal graphic direction decks and moodboards to steer the creative narrative.
* collaborate with the apparel design team to ensure graphics enhance overall garment storytelling.
* design original artwork utilizing illustration, photography, collage, and mixed media techniques.
* translate trends and cultural moments into compelling visual concepts that resonate with our customer base.
* work closely with print vendors and factories to guarantee production feasibility and graphic quality across various applications.
* maintain organized files and ensure graphic specifications are clear for sampling and production purposes.
* provide guidance and mentorship to junior graphic designers and freelancers, offering creative and technical expertise.
* participate in seasonal presentations to leadership, merchandising, and sales teams.
