the project manager coordinates and manages the launch of new projects and transfers into the production plant, as well as ems contract manufacturing activities. The role involves managing and leading local plant teams and activities for assigned projects, coordinating with internal functions and business units to meet customer requirements and project objectives, and overseeing all aspects of projects throughout the complete lifecycle.

qualifications
* engineering degree required (industrial engineering preferred).
* minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
* advanced english skills.
* pmp certification preferred.
* experience with erp systems, planning tools, and data analysis.
* knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
