* commercial operations: the manager will coordinate vehicle reception, inventory management, and allocation to ensure availability, verify compliance with pricing policies, and ensure sales processes align with internal and external regulations.

* dealer relations: the sales administration manager will act as the primary point of contact between the brand and the dealer network, monitor customer satisfaction indicators, and handle customer incidents.

* sales team management: the manager will coordinate, train, and motivate the sales advisor team, define individual goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a culture of service excellence.
