Bilingual contact center specialist – nielsen (mexico)

* conduct phone surveys and collect data via dialer.
* provide exceptional customer service to panelists and respondents.
* maintain confidentiality of information and meet performance quality standards.
* troubleshoot basic technical issues and manage scheduling or data collection calls.
* maintain a home office with high‑speed internet (80 mbps download, 10 mbps upload).
* work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* fluency in english and spanish, both written and spoken.
* experience in customer service, call centers, or similar fast‑paced environments.
* strong communication and multitasking skills.
* comfortable with technology and self‑motivated to work independently.


loan sales customer service specialist

* efficiently manage incoming calls related to loan services.
* deliver outstanding customer service and resolve conflicts.
* collaborate in a fast‑paced environment while achieving team and individual goals.
* minimum 1 year of call center experience and 1 year of sales experience.
* familiarity with call center platforms.
* excellent verbal communication skills in english.
* track record of delivering exceptional customer service and thriving under pressure.
* strong conflict management and goal‑oriented mindset.


medical support agent – insulet (omnipod®)

* handle inbound calls from customers of all omnipod system pump models.
* accurately record and document interactions in crm, following fda regulations.
* act as customer advocate and maintain compliance with privacy and hipaa regulations.
* maintain a monthly average of ≥90% quality performance and meet slas such as 90% scheduled adherence and 2.5% call abandonment rate.
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent high‑school diploma.
* 1–2 years of call center or medical support experience.
* experience with electronic documentation systems.
* typing speed ≥45 wpm with high accuracy.


bilingual phone support agent – guadalajara

* handle customer calls using scripts, manage information accurately, and maintain professionalism.
* follow crm practices and support data integrity.
* bilingual in spanish and english.
* minimum 1 year of call center or bilingual customer service experience.
* comfortable using computers and multitasking during calls.
* familiarity with crm systems is preferred.
