* support new hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires, issuance of welcome package, uniform, lockers, access cards etc.
* responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms, value buttons, and hr forms, documents etc.
* setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files.
* issuance of staff pass and requisition of access cards.
* preparation of letters.
