ultim call center is currently hiring a bilingual call center agent to support our growing campaigns.

about the role
your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls and qualify leads for our campaigns.
this is a high-responsibility role where professionalism, speed, and accuracy are essential. Calls must always be handled properly, documented correctly, and aligned with campaign requirements.
key responsibilities
* answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
* follow campaign scripts accurately and consistently
* qualify leads according to campaign criteria
* document call outcomes clearly and correctly
* maintain high call quality standards
* apply script updates and operational changes when instructed
* ensure no calls are missed during your shift
⏰ schedule
* 11:30 am – 8:30 pm
* 1-hour lunch break
* two 15-minute breaks (one before lunch and one after)
* one rotating day off per week:
* one week: saturday off
* following week: sunday off
requirements
* fully bilingual (english & spanish – verbal and written)
* previous call center experience required
* strong communication and listening skills
* ability to strictly follow scripts
* detail-oriented and organized
* reliable internet connection
* professional work-from-home setup
compensation & contract
* $777 usd per month
* paid biweekly
* freelance contract
* 100% remote (mexico-based candidates only)
