design, implement, and oversee strategies to optimize brand execution in the modern trade channel across all countries where arca continental operates, ensuring the achievement of commercial and profitability goals.
*position mission*
define and manage the strategies and initiatives related to segmentation, perfect store (foto de éxito), and market audits across all countries where arca continental operates, ensuring top-quality market execution through best internal and external practices, continuous digitalization, and a focus on profitability and leadership at the point of sale.
*key responsibilities*
- define the commercial segmentation strategy for all channels, aligning variables such as size, subchannel, and outlet potential to enable personalized and efficient market execution.
- design and lead the picos strategy, ensuring its proper definition, implementation, digital evolution, and alignment with brand and commercial priorities across countries.
- establish and manage an internal market audit model, providing agile, high-quality insights to strengthen commercial processes, segmentation, and tactical decisions.
- implement digital commercial tools for segmentation, auditing, and perfect store processes, leading technological innovation within the sales execution processes.
- coordinate performance management (ice, profitability metrics, other kpis) to evaluate the efficiency and business contribution of implemented strategies.
- collaborate with internal teams (sales, channels, rtm, procurement, it) and external partners (suppliers, coca-cola company) for the effective definition and execution of assigned strategies.
- lead multidisciplinary teams of specialists in segmentation and execution, promoting their development and ensuring the achievement of business results.
- supervise the commercial strategy and control of our commercial assets to develop capabilities across all ac operations.
- lead the continuous customer monitoring strategy for decision-making and action execution across all business units.
*qualifications and requirements*
- master’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or marketing.
- advanced english (reading, writing, and speaking).
- minimum 7 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management roles.
- strong expertise in customer segmentation, market research, execution development, and customer programs.
*desired characteristics*
- proficiency with segmentation, and audit.
- experience implementing customer loyalty or development programs.
- certification in revenue growth management or data analytics.
- experience in rtm or service models.
