job description
key responsibilities
* lead and manage the end-to-end sap maturity assessment project across relevant business functions.
* evaluate the utilization and adoption of key sap modules such as pp, fi/co, mm, and others as applicable.
* identify opportunities for optimization of sap functionality and system usage.
* develop a comprehensive process improvement roadmap aligned with business goals and operational needs.
* facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews with cross-functional teams.
* prepare clear assessment reports, findings, and recommendations for leadership teams.
* ensure effective project governance, timelines, and communication across stakeholders.
required qualification
* proven experience as a project manager, ideally in sap-related or digital transformation initiatives.
* strong understanding of sap modules (pp, fi/co, mm) and their integration points.
* experience conducting system maturity assessments or business process evaluations.
* excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* fluency in spanish and english, both written and verbal.
* ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
