job responsibilities
* coordinate the raw material and finished product storage areas.
* guarantee timely supply of components and packaging to production, comply with raw material receipt, and ensure on-time shipments following fifo and safety and quality procedures.
* maintain order and control of the warehouse (layout, locations, fifo).
* supervise shipments and receipts, lead personnel and team leaders (execution, incidents, priorities).
* monitor packaging inventories (detect deviations and escalation), follow up on critical.
* compliance with safety, quality and order standards attend audits and corporate requirements (english).
* implement operational improvements.
qualifications
* education: engineering or related bachelor's degree.
* 3–5 years in automotive industry (warehouses, logistics, materials). Experience with tier 2 / tier 1 is desirable.
* operational leadership with floor‑level management.
* analytical, organized, sense of urgency, able to work under pressure and with limited resources.
* highly reliable, aligned with leadership.
* technical skills: warehouse operations (receipt, storage, replenishment, shipment), material control, traceability, operational ordering, fifo, intermediate sap and excel, operational supply chain.
* knowledge of regulations: iatf16949, iso14001, iso45001, nom‑006‑stps, ctpat (desirable).
