deloitte china established its global delivery center (gdc) in chongqing, a key growth engine of china, in 2015. The center provides innovative, multi-lingua offerings that support compliance and advisory service. Gdc helps drive maximum efficiency and provides centralized \"plug and play\" internal service, enabling a scope of work that serves global clients and the deloitte network better, making a real impact that matters. The deloitte gdc has established offices in chongqing, dalian, and guangzhou.
Business process solutions (bps) and tax practices help businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, and technology processes by leveraging experienced professionals who provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, contract personnel, cosourcing, and project related services. Core services include: financial accounting and operations, business process technology, human resources and payroll, and tax compliance and reporting.
Work you'll do
process payment list, schedule payments within designated cycle and timeframe, track/update progress to ensure payment process compliant and efficient.
Support urgent payment andad-hocdata requests.
Conduct month-end closing activities and financial reporting operationsfor cash flow and risk insights.
Liaise with cross-functional departmentsto resolve payment queries, optimize workflow and maintain relationships.
Assisted incompilingfinancial data and supporting internal/external audit.
We are looking for someone with
bachelor’s degree, korean or finance related majors preferred.
At least topik 4 or equivalent proficiency in written and verbal communication. Workable english or japanese would be a plus.
3+ years’ work experience of korean business process in domains of finance accounting.
Experience with microsoft office products and erp applications.
Sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
