this role involves delivering data-driven commercial insights to support contract decisions, ensuring that end-market growth initiatives drive financial success and that effective resource allocation decisions are made across the value chain.your key responsibilities will include:supporting the development of retail contracts and trade programs through data-driven volume and financial modeling, establishing, managing, and supervising key performance indicators across the total nicotine industry contract universe, and collaborating with growth management partners to simplify trade execution while maintaining flexibility to meet volume and financial goals.translating key business questions to vital data dimensions, developing and suggesting important measurements, proactively suggesting ideas to simplify trade execution, visualizing, articulating, and presenting viewpoints to function partners for alignment, and playing an active role as a member of digital business solutions team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities.developing performance tools and models to help find opportunities and deliver recommended growth opportunities, utilizing data visualization tools and developing dashboards (tableau, power bi), and designing independently and delivering e2e analytics solutions/outcomes per specification.requirements for the role:at least 3 years of professional experience, at least 2+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning, experience with price-related elasticities and profit & loss statements is desired.proficient in english, written and spoken.knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data and time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written and ability to communicate technical information in a consolidated and straightforward way.ability to manage multiple partners both virtually and physically in the office.use of data visualization tools and development of dashboards (tableau, power bi) is desirable and ability to design independently and deliver e2e analytics solutions/outcomes per specification.proficiency using microsoft excel, powerpoint, microstrategy, and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications.bachelor's degree required, economics, finance, mathematics, or business administration.
