we operate worldwide across africa, asia pacific, europe, the middle east and the americas, with semi‐autonomous regional offices.job overview- accruals – verify that transactions have an assigned cost and sale, analyze the accuracy of recorded amounts, and record accruals and administrative expenses in the erp system.
- accounts payable – analyze accounts payable, maintain accurate records in the erp, perform monthly control and reconciliation with the ap analyst, and review weekly entries made by the ap analyst.
- accounts receivable – analyze accounts receivable, ensure proper recording in the erp, perform monthly control and reconciliation with the ar analyst, and review weekly entries made by the ar analyst.
- banking – upload bank statements for three checking accounts weekly, prepare weekly bank reconciliations in the banking module, and review and comment on monthly variances in the income statement and balance sheet.requirements / skills- solid knowledge of accounting and experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- knowledge of oracle erp (not mandatory – training will be provided).
- ability to record accounting transactions and properly maintain accounting records.
