**Administrative Assistant**:
Establish and support the Plant Manager with daily tasks and activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for preparing all presentations for clients, visitors, and management.
- Coordinate all travel for plant personnel.
- Assist the Area Manager and Supervisor with administrative functions.
- Generate reports.
- Maintain and coordinate department processes.
- Serve internal and external customers.

**Experiences/Education - Required**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Bilingual, excellent presentation skills, and communication skills.
