Overview
as a production supervisor at phillips medisize, you will be a vital leader in our production floor team, ensuring that all production activities are conducted efficiently to meet the demands of our clients in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness. Your role will involve maximizing both material and human resources in the production process, guided by pbm principles, to foster team development and maximize contribution.
what you will do
* lead and optimize the production team to efficiently meet production schedules.
* engage with technical staff and facilitators to prepare and implement strategic production actions.
* monitor and ensure compliance with gmps and quality standards, addressing any deviations promptly.
* foster continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and kaizen principles.
* collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
* promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among team members.
who you are (basic qualifications)
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
* availability to work in rotating shifts.
* minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management, operational kpis, and plastic injection processes.
* proficient in sap and production-related transactions (e.g., cogi, ls24).
* fluent in english, capable of understanding and communicating technical information.
what will put you ahead
* experience with iso 9001:2015 and iso 13485 standards.
* experience in medical projects / products.
* familiarity with 5s methodology and its application.
* proven ability in process improvement and scrap reduction strategies.
* knowledge of iso 14001:2015 and environmental management systems.
