**Resume**
To execute the commercial, financial and the visibility strategy with the correct amount of budget in order to promote in Horeca and Offices the brand according to the strategic plan assuring all the alignments of the position and leadership of the brand.
**A DAY IN A LIFE**
1. To contribute in developing the sellout strategy (cost and execution) implementing the strategic plan in order to pitch in all the sellout vs Budget
2. Select and manage the suppliers by generating the purchase orders and the delivery of services or materials in good time and in an appropriate manner, arrange the payment schedule using the budget resources in an efficient way
3. Coordinate the implementation of the client’s corner in order to contribute with the sellout of the Key Accounts
4. To insurance of the execution of the proposal strategy by supervise the execution of the BTL campaigns true reports and follow ups with the agencies
5. Negotiate and adjust the expenses according to the client segmentation trough follow up reports in order to increase or decrease investments using the outcomes
6. Develop maintenance programs for the different plans such as "Ritual" meeting and visiting clients driving better execution results and mystery shopper.
7. Encourage and support the commercial area with materials and consumables to gain and increase visibility within the Horeca and offices client vs the competition.
8. Manage the Trade Marketing materials through assets reports with the different national vendors pursuing to have control of the assets
**What will make you successful**
Experience
1. One or two years in marketing or selling (campaigns development, handling agencies, PR)
2. Advanced English level
3. Medium level knowledge of Microsoft office
4. Handle external agencies and vendors
5. Able to work with teams and other areas teams: selling, marketing, finance, customer facing
6. Able to administrate projects
7. Administrate/ managing of categories
8. Information scanning and develop of HORECA promotions
