- responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) - assess potential suppliers through psa - participate in kick off & technical reviews for supplier selection - carry out supplier development for new programs according apqp requirements - review supplier’s 4m preparation plan & verify supplier’s manufacturing capacity - carry out spa, esg annual application for current suppliers - carry out cqi´s application for special process for new parts or new supplier. - provide apqp result by phases (sup gr´s sign off) achieved internal kpi: ppap approval before p2 event - follow up & evaluate full tool & all tool with suppliers according milestone phases - achieve internal kpi: zero quality & delivery issues during sop 100 days - perform root cause analysis and resolve problems during the development. Qualifications: - bs in engineering or related field - minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality or parts development (automotive preferred). - skills. Computer: microsoft software medium or higher / gd&t advanced technical competencies: - advance experiences core tools (ppap, apqp, pfmea vda 6.3, msa, spc, cp), iatf 16949 and vda. - english 80%.
