Team Overview

The primary responsibility of a Commercial Executive is to prospect new clients through field work, face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and other methods that generate interest from potential clients. The commercial executive plans and executes persuasive strategies to onboard top accounts in the market and collaborates with middle/high level management. We seek individuals with strong market knowledge and excellent sales skills.

Role Responsibilities

- Prospect clients by gaining deep knowledge of their needs to diagnose requirements and build value-based solutions.
- Open new markets by identifying and collaborating with decision-makers of our business partners.
- Establish and nurture long-term commercial relationships with allied clients, adopting a win-win mindset.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain precise and personalized follow-ups with each client.
- Meet or exceed expectations and commitments to partners by delivering excellent service.
- Prioritize opportunities in the territory; develop action plans and ensure their implementation to achieve set objectives.
- Visit clients to identify needs and pursue partnership opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales targets.

Role Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, international business, or related fields.
- 1+ years of commercial experience.
- Strong commercial mindset: organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; able to work with clear deadlines and goal-oriented.
- Proven oral and written communication skills with ability to persuade others to adopt service/solution concepts that may differ from their perspectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious goals and strong time-management skills.
- Interpersonal skills to maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persistence to achieve targets.
- Prospecting ability with deep understanding of client needs to diagnose requirements.
- Basic English.

Business Development Representative

Location: Monterrey, Mexico
