as a technical leader, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of advanced insurance software solutions. This involves working closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
key responsibilities:
* leading the implementation of complex technology projects from start to finish.
* developing and delivering pre-sales solutions for clients.
* managing client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
* designing and implementing data architectures that meet client requirements.
* collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical documentation.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, it, or related field.
* at least 6 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex it architectures.
* excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to limited information about clients or their technology stack.
* deep understanding of technologies such as iis, ms sql, active directory, and soap/rest web services.
* ability to work independently and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
* experience managing client relationships in a bilingual setting, with international work experience (global teamwork).
