purpose & accountabilities:
* primary responsibilities:
o deliver business, systems, and process improvements
o focus on time saving and efficient administration of purchases
o implement automation and supplier reduction strategies
o apply project management methodology for time reduction
* secondary responsibilities:
o analyze large data volumes to identify patterns and trends
o develop solutions to various problems
o make informed decisions and create action plans
* purchase order management:
o generate monthly kpis to monitor slas and create improvement plans
o develop dashboards & kpis
o ensure audit readiness with quarterly governance reviews
o conduct spend management reporting
* supplier management:
o generate monthly kpis for sla monitoring and improvement
o support initiatives to reduce supplier management slas
o focus on comprehensive reporting and kpis generation
* automation:
o support all procurement operations center (poc) and rpas deployments
o engage in ideas generation, documentation, testing, and audit supporting documentation
minimum required education, experience, and professional qualifications:
* requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in procurement management or finance
* focused on supporting procurement processes (no buying or contract negotiations)
* fluency in english (mandatory)
required technical skills and abilities:
* requirements:
* proficiency in macros and analytics tools (data studio, excel, domo) - mandatory excel
* familiarity with google suite - desired
* knowledge of sap & ariba - mandatory
* proven analytical skills with examples of real process improvements, automations, and efficiencies
