you will support the oversight of various transfer agents and service providers that provide operational support to mutual funds, interval funds, closed end funds, etc. You will be responsible for managing escalated service issues from the transfer agent and service providers, monitoring service quality of transfer agent and service provider and providing oversight of fund events and corporate actions.
lead oversight of multiple third-party transfer agents, enforcing process standards, slas, and best practices.s. trade activity and pre-trade notifications to front office teamsperform timely review and reconciliation of trade orders between transfer agents and internal accounting records, and cash settlement issuescoordinate cross-functional engagement related to fund trading with various internal teams including cash desks, portfolio managers, account managers, investment operations teams, etc.analyze root causes of errors or delays and implement controls to reduce recurring issues.
