Title: business development representative schedule: full-time (40 hours/week), u.s. Role business development representative (remote – latam preferred) our client, a rapidly scaling provider in the foodservice packaging and distribution sector, is expanding its international sales team. This role will be key in supporting outbound sales growth through lead generation, prospect nurturing, and appointment setting. Ideal for candidates who want to evolve into full-cycle closers or team leaders, this is a high-impact, long-term role with significant room for growth. Key responsibilities perform outbound prospecting (calls, emails, linkedin) to u.s.-based restaurants and foodservice businesses qualify inbound leads from hubspot crm and convert them into meetings or demos book high-intent meetings for closers on the sales team maintain detailed crm records, task follow-ups, and pipeline status updates meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach kpis build relationships with prospects and maintain pipeline engagement provide regular feedback to improve lead quality and messaging effectiveness transition into full-cycle sales or leadership roles over time based on performance qualifications 2–4 years in outbound b2b sales, saas, or foodservice/hospitality sales strong english communication skills (written and spoken; 90% fluency) experience with crm tools (hubspot preferred) proven success in lead generation and meeting activity goals self-starter with excellent time management and remote work discipline comfortable with sales outreach tools and rejection handling preferred experience background in foodservice, beverage, or distribution sales past experience closing deals or interest in growing into a full-cycle role familiarity with gohighlevel, salesforce, or similar tools understanding of u.s. restaurant purchasing processes or foodservice channels what makes this role unique this is not a temporary contract or gig.
