about the ideal candidate:
* 8-10 years of experience in lean manufacturing, six sigma, or operational excellence
* certified six sigma master black belt or black belt with coaching experience
* proven leadership and facilitation skills
* dmaic, kaizen, and value stream mapping expertise
* bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
* master's degree or mba
* industry 4.0, data analytics, or digital transformation tools experience
physical and environmental demands:
* exposure to a manufacturing environment
* regular site visits and interaction with production teams
* personal protective equipment (ppe) and safety protocols adherence
* prolonged sitting in front of a computer
* occasional standing or walking during meetings or site visits
