we are offering a great opportunity to work as quality engineer based in torreon plant, torreon, coahuila, mexico (e-systems division).
as a quality engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to ensure customer response for quality issues or support reporting directly to a quality coordinator.
your responsibilities will include:
* responding to customers regarding reported quality complaints.
* serving as the main point of contact with customers for specific requirements.
* coordinating the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality issues using methodologies such as 8ds, ishikawa diagrams, and ddw.
* monitoring the status of concerns reported by customers until their closure.
* checking customer systems to ensure all reported issues have been addressed.
* coordinating defect analysis meetings and customer response meetings.
* using the lqts system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each concern is closed.
* generating quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
* ensuring the implementation of effective corrective measures to prevent recurring defects.
qualifications:
* degree in industrial engineering or related field.
* at least 1 year of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering processes (preferred but not essential).
* experience in the automotive industry (required).
* proficient in microsoft office.
* proficient in english.
* strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
