we're looking for a highly skilled it process improvement analyst to join our team. As an it process improvement analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us drive innovation and excellence in our it services.
the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of it service management processes and be able to design, implement, maintain, measure, and improve them to ensure best practice adherence and efficient delivery of it services.
* key responsibilities:
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ai and machine learning technologies into our it event management process
* develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our it processes
* identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
requirements include a minimum of 5 years of relevant operational and/or process experience, a ba/bs degree or equivalent professional experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

how you will contribute
you will:
* support project development / execution: execute initiatives through i2m/iim, provide critical inputs to the site bd leader, and from design reviews-dr 4 onwards execute project activities on the site; master data creation, artwork, material availability, track timings, and report to the project team. Organize trials and fpas.
* support ongoing business simplification: provide inputs to site bd leader to support integration of change management agenda; coordinate with plant departments for trials and project activities; track status and communicate with cross-functional team members; support de-complexity and site productivity initiatives.
* support site bd leader to manage interfaces with category pcms and ensure timely execution of new initiatives using iim; coordinate with operations core team to setup vsu teams and with engineering for startup and construction activities.

* strong operational and manufacturing experience in cpg with tpm, 5s, lean, 6 sigma, safety & gmp
* financial and business acumen, project management, knowledge of industrial equipment, technology and automation basics

education/ degrees:
* industrial engineering or related
