Purpose and scope:the promotional manager, primary purpose is managing, motivating, developing, guiding, educating and leading the hiring process of sales representatives for the whole country. Provide the necessary leadership to achieve demand generation, promotion and sales goals for astellas products and services in his territory. Maximize business growth through close collaboration with market acess, marketing, commercial operation and key account managers, manage sales teams and provide consistent and uniform direction to the team to generate demand through the execution of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Develop the field team, focusing on managing performance and career progression. Ensure the optimal allocation of resources across aéreas and maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.responsibilities and accountabilities:execute the sales strategy in national territory, drive corporate objectives and revenue growth.provide strong leadership for the national sales function, set clear and unified direction for the team.manage, stretch, and develop into top performing sales team.achieve revenue, profit, organizational, and strategic goals and objectives.build relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital systems to deliver excellent service.develop annual sales business plans in collaboration with the marketing, medical and access teams to drive revenue and increase market penetration.accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales achievements in collaboration with other member of the commercial team.coach and counsel consultant on improving selling skills, product knowledge and capabilities needed for successful development, focus on astellas sales model. Regularly participate in field visits with sales reps to assess their growth and development in territory l management, sales strategy and approach.manage and understand human resource needs related to recruitment, performance management, selection and development. Lead recruitment and development programs, suggesting improvements based on experience to achieve diversity of talent.provide ethical leadership and demonstrate astellas values by adhering to corporate policies and required sales practice regulations.
