monday to friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (pt)
about the role
we're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical income auditor to join a fast-paced, data-driven finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring revenue accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting financial operations across multiple regions. key responsibilities
• conduct daily audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• verify revenue streams, including bookings and third-party commissions
• perform bank reconciliations and review payment records
• analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and trends
• prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure compliance
requirements
• 2+ years of experience in income auditing, accounting, or revenue management
• background in hospitality or short-term rentals is a plus
• bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• experience with otas (airbnb, booking, etc.) is a plus
tools / technical skills
• advanced microsoft excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• experience with property management systems (pms)
