your impact in this role:
you will drive the growth of our b2b channel across north america, positioning our dmc offering with tour operators, agencies, and strategic partners. Your role will directly impact revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term commercial relationships.
what you will actually do:
* define and execute the b2b commercial strategy for north america
* develop and manage relationships with tour operators, agencies, and key partners
* lead commercial negotiations focused on volume, margin, and sustainable growth
* identify new distribution opportunities and market expansion
* align pricing, product, and commercial strategy with internal teams to ensure competitiveness
how success is measured:
* revenue growth in the b2b (wholesale) channel
* increase in active accounts and production per client
* achievement of sales targets and forecast accuracy
* improvement in conversion rate and sales volume
* growth in market share across north america
what we are looking for:
* experience in b2b distribution within tourism (dmc, tour operator, ota, or similar)
* proven track record driving commercial growth
* strong negotiation and account development skills
* knowledge of the north american market (usa & canada)
* advanced english (mandatory)
