Purpose:lead the implementation and monitoring of systems and controls that ensure accurate customer demand processing, efficient production planning, and effective supply base management to meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities: maintain raw material and finished goods inventory levels aligned with plant models. Design, develop, and deploy procurement and production control processes, tools, and controls. Provide daily oversight of critical raw material part numbers and coordinate resolution. Track finished goods inventory days on hand (doh) and lead position daily. Manage customer releases, including: edi transmission waterfall analysis portal updates weekly master production plan review with the plant organize meetings on finished goods doh lead position and recovery plans. Oversee relationships with critical customers and ensure timely follow-up. Monitor raw material inventory models. Supervise headcount structure per plant. Qualifications: completed bachelor's degree. Advanced english proficiency. Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations. Prior experience with automotive sector customers is required.
