Wripple's financial services client is looking for an account manager in mexico city to join their team for a 40-hour/week, 3-6 month contract that could go full-time for the right fit.the account manager (mid-weight) plays a key role within the internal agency, acting as the day-to-day bridge between internal business partners and the agency. This role owns the delivery of creative projects, ensuring work is executed to a high standard, on time and on budget, while building trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.working closely with business leads, project managers, and creative teams, the account manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear agency briefs, managing priorities, and proactively solving problems throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong judgement, organisation, and communication skills, with increasing autonomy across medium-complexity projects.this person will be responsible for and/or demonstrate the followingproject management: lead the delivery of tier 2 medium–high complexity creative campaigns and projects from briefing through to completion. Translate client communications and briefs into clear, actionable agency assignment briefs; support business leads with higher complexity creative brief development where required. Work closely with project managers, creatives, and production partners to ensure smooth workflows and realistic timelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changes. Identify and escalate issues early, providing recommended solutions and options.stakeholder partnership: own day-to-day relationships with assigned business partners, acting as a trusted and responsive point of contact. Partner with stakeholders to shape, prioritise, and clarify requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards. Support business leads on tier 1 initiatives, owning day-to-day project management, while senior stakeholders retain strategic oversight. Use data and reporting to keep teams and stakeholders informed on progress, performance, and trends.operational excellence: maintain accurate project setup, tracking, and reporting within workfront. Support divisional forecasting and planning by providing visibility of upcoming work and resource needs. Manage change requests and approvals relating to scope, timing, and budget in collaboration with business leads and project managers. Maintain clear records of meetings, decisions, actions, and approvals. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and the quality of agency output. Look for ways to add value beyond day-to-day delivery, contributing ideas that elevate the creative product and client experience.experience a degree in marketing/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience experience in both account and project management 3+ years' experience of working in large/matrix organizations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, preferably within a creative environment exceptional stakeholder management and relationship development skills sound understanding of the creative process with marketing literacy passion for creative excellence and a true brand champion, the account manager will inspire the team to deliver brilliant work in the most effective way with an outstanding service ethos agile mindset, a desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice both diplomatic and persuasive in equal measure spirited, adaptable, friendly, diligent and customer focused strong collaborator with a global outlook and the ability to self-start curious to learn and share new ideas comfortable reviewing creative work and using standard agency tools (adobe, ms office, project management platforms).familiarity with adobe creative suite is a plus, but not essential.
