a general manager for hilton all inclusive hotels is responsible for managing the hilton tulum all inclusive team and overall targets to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

what will i be doing?

as a general manager, you will manage the hotel executive team and oversee overall hotel performance to ensure an exceptional guest and member experience. Your responsibilities include:

* managing ongoing profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
* leading all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
* making decisions in the best interest of the hotels and hilton.
* delivering achievable hotel budgets and setting strategic goals.
* providing effective leadership to hotel team members.
* leading business planning efforts.
* ensuring compliance with hilton brand service standards.
* controlling costs and sourcing revenue opportunities.
* managing and developing the hotel executive team for career progression and succession planning.
* holding regular briefings and communication meetings with the hod team.
* responding to audits to ensure continuous improvement.
what are we looking for?

the ideal candidate maintains a guest-focused attitude, demonstrates strong leadership, and possesses the following qualifications:

* experience as a general manager in a similar quality hotel.
* degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent.
* experience in all-inclusive and high-volume operations.
* strong commercial acumen with a track record of increasing profitability.
* experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
* excellent leadership and communication skills.
* in-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.

preferred additional capabilities include general management experience in a similar quality hotel.
