Your feedback provides valuable information to brands about customer service levels in their boutiques. You will test and evaluate exterior appearance, business organization and cleanliness, overall staff behavior, product knowledge, and sales techniques. The role is mission-based and flexible within our timelines. You will receive a compensation fee for your survey. As an evaluator, you will visit assigned stores and pretend to be looking for a specific item. You will let the consultant assist you and present some models. At the end, you will not purchase anything and will leave the store. You will complete an online questionnaire within 24 hours with your impressions of the store environment and customer service. The assignment is flexible in timing as long as you respect the deadline and complete the survey after each visit. Qualifications must be 18 years of age or older. Existing customer of premium or luxury brands. Not currently employed by any retail brand to maintain integrity and objectivity of evaluations. Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, reliable. Observant and passionate about customer experience. No prior experience required; we welcome honest feedback from real customers.
