*how will you do it?*
- * order processing*:
- input orders into the system (various types of orders).
- handle incoming calls.
- send order confirmation to the customer (confirm delivery date based on availability, allow partial deliveries, etc.).
*requirements*:
- degree in administration, finance, accounting or related
- previous experience in customer service or call center
- advanced level of english (mandatory)
- intermediate knowledge of excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- effective communication, active listening, and customer orientation.
