responsibilities
* client relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs.
* revenue growth: identify opportunities for upselling and expanding offerings to drive revenue within key accounts.
* customer satisfaction: ensure high levels of satisfaction by understanding client needs and addressing issues promptly.
* strategic planning: develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
* communication and collaboration: coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
* market insights: gather market intelligence and stay informed on industry trends to anticipate client needs.
* contract negotiation: negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to meet mutual objectives.
* performance tracking: monitor key account metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* risk management: identify and mitigate risks to protect the company’s interests.
* innovation and value proposition: collaborate with key accounts to develop innovative solutions that deliver value.
* internal collaboration: work with sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver integrated solutions.
* representing midea: represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
* other duties as assigned.
experience & background
* +3 years of experience in sales or related fields.
* hvac sales experience.
education
* bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
* advanced english required.
* master’s degree is a plus.
knowledge, skills & abilities
* technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* vrf system selection software proficiency.
* chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled) expertise.
* air handlers (ahus) knowledge.
* pipeline management from lead generation to close.
* intermediate excel for data analysis and modeling.
* strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* strategic thinking, problem-solving, and sales/business acumen.
* customer focus, organizational skills, and adaptability.
* analytical mindset, teamwork, and collaboration across departments.
* emotional intelligence, proactivity, resilience, empathy, resourcefulness, tenacity, curiosity, optimism, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset.
