*key responsibilities*:
- direct responsibility for the assigned product line. Lead the resolution of technical problems that affect the production of components and the operation centers.
- resolution of problems with a high sense of urgency. Leadership across multiple disciplines using design for six sigma principles.
- strong experience in design and manufacturing of heat transfer components.
- clearly and consistently conveys simple or complex ideas at all levels.
- technical manager of heat transfer products.
- in charge of projects of producibility, productivity and capacity.
- responsible for the introduction of new products.
- in charge of the definition of sows (scope of work) for the acquisition of new equipment, business case and technology evaluation.
*you must have*:
- bachelor’s degree - preference in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- 6+ years’ experience in engineering function
- strong experience in design and manufacturing processes for heat transfer
- english proficiency
- strong oral and written communication skills to positively lead others
- use innovative thinking to create continuous improvement
- leadership mindset
- business case, technology evaluation and sow for new equipment acquisition
