minimum qualifications:


* bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
* experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

preferred qualifications:

* experience with google ad solutions, expertise in video advertising (ai-powered performance and video, ctv) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
* experience building trusted-advisor relationships with c-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
* ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
* proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/ collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and google.
* strong strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling google's full suite of advertising solutions across search, youtube, measurement, and more. As a member of our lcs team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of google.

responsibilities

* cultivate strategic partnerships with one or more key clients, engaging deeply to understand their unique opportunities and challenges.
* serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies across all critical areas, including training, product enhancements, and global/regional campaigns.
* leverage deep data analysis and thorough deep dives to extract actionable insights. Based on this analysis, provide data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to clients, partner teams, and leadership, utilizing these insights to influence decisions and drive positive change.
* develope a robust internal network, identifying opportunities to foster collaboration and strengthen internal communication across functions.
* own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
