Your mission, roles and responsibilities
ensure the correct application of the quality management system in the corresponding uap, also complying with the fes methodologies and giving strict follow-up to the solution and requirements of the customers.
Define and maintain the necessary resources for the quality system, ensuring consistent criteria across all production units (uap´s).
Ensure uap personnel are trained in the quality system.
Coordinate the implementation of action plans for quality issues affecting the uap.
Ensure the complete application of failure mode and effects analysis (fmea) and process control plans for each product.
Stop the process or production line if it risk customer satisfaction.
Promote and support action plans resulting from internal audits.
Keep quality management and the uap informed about the performance of the quality management system (qms).
Follow up fast and kata procedures for the production line and the uap.
Lead the product audits.
Participate in the development and review of fmeas/pcs/work instructions.
Promote process improvement by generating improvement ideas.
Follow up engineering changes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed
minimum education level
bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related engineering field.
Professional experience
at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry. (essential knowledge in assembling complete seat parts).
Skills and competencies
internal auditor of process, product and system (pqa).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
